At Dearling Baby, your satisfaction — and your baby's comfort — is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your Dearling Dreamer™, we're here to make it right.
30-Day Return
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it
- In its original packaging
- Free of stains, odors, or signs of wear
For hygiene reasons, items that have been washed or used directly against skin cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or damaged.
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@dearlingbaby.com with:
- Your order number
- The reason for your return
- A photo if the item arrived damaged or defective
We'll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.
Return Shipping
Return shipping instructions vary depending on your location. Please contact us at support@dearlingbaby.com with your order number and we will send you all the information you need to return your item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product).
Exchanges
We replace items that are defective or damaged at no extra cost. If you'd like a different size, contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate you subject to availability.
Defective or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — including return shipping.
